Sign up & verify

Creating an AZSuite account takes about 3 minutes. You'll need a working email address and a way to receive the verification email.

Sign up

  1. Go to alpha-zulu-suite.com and click Register (or Sign up)
  2. Enter:
  3. First name + last name
  4. Email address — used as your username
  5. Password — minimum 8 characters, mix of letters / numbers recommended
  6. Read & accept the terms and privacy policy
  7. Click Create Account

You'll receive a verification email within a minute or two.

Verify your email

  1. Open the verification email
  2. Click the verification link (or copy / paste it into your browser)
  3. You'll land on verify_email.php with a success message
  4. From there, click Sign In — you can now log in normally

Without verification you can't log in. The link is valid for 24 hours; if it expires you can request a new one from the login page.

Trouble receiving the email?

  • Check your spam / junk folder — Gmail occasionally classifies verification emails as promotions
  • Check the email address you typed during signup (typos are the most common cause)
  • If you're using a corporate / forwarded address, the verification link may be triggering security scanners — use a personal address if possible
  • Wait 5 minutes — sometimes outbound mail queues briefly

If still nothing, contact support and we can manually verify your account.

Signing up via invitation

If someone (a club admin, shop owner, etc.) sent you an invitation link:

  1. Click the invitation link
  2. The signup form is pre-filled with the invitation context (your role, the club / shop you're joining)
  3. Set your password and accept terms
  4. The account is created and already verified — invitations skip the email-verification step

Some invitations grant you specific roles (e.g., "Mechanic at Acme A&P"); those roles activate immediately.

After verification

Your next stop is the first login page, which walks through signing in and the onboarding wizard.
