First login

After your email is verified, log in for the first time.

Logging in

  1. Go to alpha-zulu-suite.com and click Sign In
  2. Enter your email and password
  3. Click Sign In

If it's your first login, AZSuite redirects you to the onboarding wizard. Subsequent logins drop you on the dashboard.

Forgot password

  1. On the login page click Forgot Password
  2. Enter your email
  3. Wait for the password-reset email (~1 minute)
  4. Click the reset link
  5. Set a new password
  6. Sign in with the new password

The reset link is valid for 1 hour; expired links can be re-requested.

Sessions

A normal session lasts 30 days of inactivity. After 30 days without visiting the site, you'll be logged out and need to sign in again.

Closing your browser doesn't end the session — you can come back later and you'll still be signed in (this is a deliberate choice for an aviation tool that pilots return to after multi-day trips).

To end your session manually: Profile → Sign Out.

Multi-device login

Sign in on as many devices as you want. Each gets its own session token; sessions are independent. Signing out on one doesn't affect the others.

Two-factor authentication

Not currently shipping. 2FA via TOTP (authenticator app) and WebAuthn (hardware security keys / Touch ID / Face ID) are on the roadmap.

If you're an administrator and need 2FA today, the recommended workaround is a strong unique password + a password manager.

Login from mobile

The mobile app uses the same email + password. After mobile sign-in, the app stores a Bearer token in the OS secure keystore (Keychain on iOS, Keystore on Android). The token refreshes silently going forward.

Login is rate-limited

Five failed login attempts in 15 minutes triggers a 15-minute lockout for that email. Use the password-reset flow if you've forgotten the password rather than guessing.

After first login

Continue to the onboarding wizard, which walks you through picking a persona and adding your first aircraft.
