Dashboard tiles

The dashboard is the home screen of AZSuite — a grid of tiles, one per feature. Click a tile to jump into that feature.

Default tile sets per persona

When you signed up you picked a persona (Pilot / Owner / Flight Club / Experimental / Mechanic / Administrator). That choice sets your default tile set:

Persona Default tiles
Pilot Aircraft, Aircraft Logbook, Flight Log, Pilot Logbook, Reservations, Squawks, Weight & Balance, ADS-B Receiver, ADS-B Radar, FIS-B Weather, Track Recorder, Hours, Alerts, Profile, Sync
Owner Pilot defaults + Inspections, Scan, Scan Plus, Engine Monitor, Oil Analysis
Flight Club Pilot defaults + Members, Calendar, Bookings, Hours, Finances
Experimental Build Log, Phase Test, Aircraft, Logbooks, Inspections, W&B, ADS-B suite
Mechanic / A&P Squawk Queue, Work Orders, Time Tracking, Inventory, Inspections, Scan, Scan Plus
Administrator Pilot defaults + Admin Dashboard, Users, Plans, Vouchers, Invitations

Customizing your tile set

If the defaults aren't what you want:

  1. Profile → Tile Settings (or the gear icon on the dashboard)
  2. Drag tiles to reorder
  3. Toggle tiles on/off
  4. Reset to defaults if you want to start over
  5. Save

Your customization syncs across devices — the same dashboard arrangement appears on both web and mobile.

When new tiles ship

When AZSuite adds a new feature (e.g., the recently-added Track Recorder), the new tile is added to existing dashboards automatically. You don't have to re-customize after every release.

If you don't want the new tile, hide it via Tile Settings; your hide preference is preserved going forward.

Tile organization tips

Some patterns we've found useful:

  • Most-used tiles in the top row — speeds up daily use
  • Maintenance/ops tiles in their own block — Inspections, Squawks, Engine Monitor, Oil Analysis grouped together
  • ADS-B tiles together — Receiver, Radar, Weather, Track Recorder
  • Settings / Profile / Sync at the bottom — least-used

Mobile tile sizes

Mobile uses a 2-column grid by default, with one or two "full-width" tiles that span both columns (typically Pilot Logbook and ADS-B Radar). The arrangement isn't fully customizable on mobile yet; web's drag-drop is the authoritative editor.
